What is it?
“I was a dentist for 20 years and have always been passionate about crafting and creating. When I arrived in Singapore, a friend and I opened a concept store, Moodbox, in Tanglin Mall. After five years, when my friend moved to Dubai, we closed the shop, and I began my – almost self-taught – ceramic journey. I’ve spent countless hours in my workshop learning, experimenting, innovating, failing, and trying again. It has truly become a passion, and I’m delighted to now share it with the public.”
Why we love it?
“I create art objects that I genuinely love, and I hope that’s the feeling people experience when they see and purchase them. My work is primarily inspired by the nature around me. I strive to recreate its colors, textures, light, and atmospheres, encapsulating them into everyday objects that bring me joy and comfort to have around.”

“I strive to make every part of my creations myself. Whether it’s the concrete bases for my totems, the lampshades for my lamps, or the glazing on my pots, everything is homemade in my house. I’ve taken over so many areas of our home to set up various workshops, and I’m deeply grateful to my family for supporting me in my creative journey despite the chaos my activities sometimes bring!”
