Our favourite bake? With flour imported directly from a traditional flour mill outside of Paris, you can’t go wrong with a croissant, but if you are adventurous, get the croissant aux amandes, a delicious fluffy delight.
For who? The bakery that started as a local neighbourhood joint in said neighbourhood has its proven-and-tested French roots in its craft.
