Hosted in the Chef’s private dining room at the Waterfall Restaurant of Shangri La Hotel, this unique evening featured insights from Valrhona (represented by Olivia Frappaz and Laure Rigoux) and Maison Ferrand (represented by Maylis Berger), offering a captivating opportunity to indulge in a sensory journey of taste.
Guests enjoyed an educational, entertaining, and immersive workshop, exploring the rich flavours of fine rum and chocolate through carefully curated pairings.
