Ingredients:

125g of Almond powder

20g of Flour

100g of Sugar

3 Egg yolks

2 Whole eggs

250mL of Crème fraîche / sour cream

Handful of Red cherries

Instructions:

  • Cut the cherries in half. Put aside.
  • Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
  • Add the crème fraîche, the almond powder and the flour.
  • Place the cherries into an oven-safe dish.
  • Cover the cherries with the preparation.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.
