Star For A Day – So Chic x Make Up For Ever: So Chic French Experience #3

It’s on a quiet evening that Make Up For Ever Academy opened its door for So Chic experience #3. While the sun was setting the pale lights of the Parisian brand’s studio were brightening up to welcome our 7 participants for a 4-hour journey through French makeup… And in the intimacy of a venue full of beauty secrets yielding a colourful landscape of cosmetics, participants received an energetic lesson on the meanings and the practices of French makeup.

Our two lovely instructors led the participants through Make Up For Ever’s story and shared a gripping outlook on what French makeup is (“effortless … with a lot of efforts” as they said). But it wouldn’t be an experience without the participants participating right? So, in the middle of a glass of champagne and a fancy snack, they removed their makeup and started fresh from zero following step-by-step instructions and tips to complete their own French style makeup. To capture the result of their hard work a photoshoot was organised. Snap! And how better to end the evening than with a shopping spree where our lovely ladies left with little bags of makeup fun to bring back home.
